Our Clear Dual Liner's formula allows a transparent eyeliner to act as a bond for your lashes. Apply the Dual Liner to your lash-line as you would any eyeliner. Then apply the lashes straight onto the transparent liner, keeping your lashes in place all day & night. No adhesive is needed.
HOW TO APPLY:
1. Shake well before each use
2. Apply 2 layers of the Dual Liner to your lash-line
3. Let it dry for 15-20 seconds to develop a tacky bond
4. Apply a false eyelash of your choice close to your lash-line, directly onto the eyeliner
TIPS:
• Add an extra layer on the inner corner of the eye to prevent lifting
Apply 2+ layers for fuller and heavier lash styles
