Our Black Dual Liner combines the intensity of pigmented black eyeliner with the strength of a lash adhesive. Apply it to your lash line just like any eyeliner, then press your lashes directly onto the black liner for a secure, all-day hold—no additional adhesive required.

HOW TO APPLY:

1. Shake well before each use

2. Apply 2 layers of the Dual Liner to your lash-line

3. Let it dry for 15-20 seconds to develop a tacky bond

4. Apply a false eyelash of your choice close to your lash-line, directly onto the eyeliner 

TIPS:

• Add an extra layer on the inner corner of the eye to prevent lifting

• Apply 2+ layers for fuller and heavier lash styles
